Bet settlement is based on official results from the relevant sporting body, game provider or event organiser. In the case of a dispute over the result used for settlement, 89fd's decision – based on official sources – is final.

Live in-play markets are settled based on the state of the match at the time of bet confirmation, not retrospectively adjusted for events that occurred before the bet was accepted.
For casino games and slot titles, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. The RTP and volatility information displayed for each game reflects theoretical long-run averages and does not guarantee results for any individual session or player.
In the event of a technical error, disconnection or platform malfunction during a game or bet, 89fd will use the last recorded game state or bet slip to determine the outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the stake may be returned.

You may request voluntary closure of your 89fd account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance – excluding funds subject to active wagering requirements – will be returned to your registered payment method upon closure verification.
All content on the 89fd platform – including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, application interface, game graphics provided by 89fd, text, software and data structures – is owned by or licensed to 89fd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 89fd platform for your personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
